Sponsorship Terms

Sponsorships are reserved upon receipt of payment and are subject to availability.

If Club Soleil is postponed, all sponsorship benefits will automatically transfer to the rescheduled event date.

If Club Soleil is cancelled by the event organizer and is not rescheduled, sponsors will receive a full refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If certain sponsorship benefits have already been delivered (such as promotional social media posts or website recognition) prior to cancellation, the organizer reserves the right to discuss an equitable partial refund or event credit with the sponsor.

Black Girls Pickle, Too is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions, public emergencies, venue closures, or other force majeure events. In such cases, the organizer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event and honor all sponsorship benefits.
